Chef Amber believes that food nourishes us from the inside out. Her belief in the rejuvenating and restorative powers of fresh, whole, nutritious food has made her unique artisanal foods cafe a must-stop at space in Hermosa Beach, California. Each dish she creates is a sexy and healthy take on natural foods. Amber loves to find the simple yet delicious and nutritious alternatives to old favorites that anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions and health challenges, can enjoy. Along with her flavorful dishes, she is passionate about sharing her diverse knowledge on the various ways to nourish your mind, body and soul, with her community.

Pastry Chef

Cindy Van Pelt is the Chief Operating Officer for Source Collab. She is also the co-owner and lead pastry chef of Source Café, Nine24 Kitchen, and Sweetrise. Following her passion for baking, she opened The Sweetest Sin, a bake shop at the onset of her career. She fuses her passion for health, creativity, and baking to bring the delightful pastries of Source Collab and custom cakes of Sweetrise to life. She is proud to own a business where anyone can enjoy sweet delights and not have to think twice about what they are consuming. Cindy runs the daily operations for all locations and leads the cake brand, Sweetrise, for Source Collab.
